The first restaurant opened 30 years ago at Rivoli Street. In the beginning it was an independent company, managed by Elior that promoted the brand on highways, air and rail networks. In 2004 the company became independent again. Nowadays, this new status not only guarantees the quality of the products, but it also guarantees the quality of staff and managers, who are at the heart of Pomme de Pain’s sales. Pomme de Pain combines traditional French delicious meals by more than 15 million customers per year.
